From the Hive to the Bottle
It started with the bees. For years, we've been keeping hives across Maui, learning the rhythms of the land and the incredible diversity of island honey. Our eucalyptus blossom honey, harvested from the groves that dot the island, became something we wanted to share beyond the jar.
Mead — honey wine — felt like the natural next step. It's one of the oldest fermented drinks in the world, and we saw a chance to bring it to life with the unique flavors of Hawai'i. We pair our honey with locally sourced fruit — lilikoi, mango, and whatever the season brings — and let time and nature do the rest.
Every batch is small. Every ingredient is local. And every bottle is something we're proud to put our name on.
What We Believe In
Locally Sourced
Every ingredient comes from Maui. Our honey, our fruit, our water — all island-grown. We believe the best mead starts with the best local ingredients.
Small Batch
We don't rush the process. Each batch is crafted by hand in small quantities, giving us the control to ensure every bottle meets our standard.
Community First
We're part of the Maui community, and we believe in giving back. From supporting local farmers to sharing our knowledge of beekeeping, connection is at our core.
Bee Stewardship
Our bees come first. Healthy hives make great honey, and great honey makes exceptional mead. We practice sustainable beekeeping that puts the bees before the harvest.
Hawaiian Tradition
Hawai'i has a deep connection to the land. We honor that tradition by crafting mead that reflects the terroir and spirit of these islands.
